وزير المالية يرأس وفد السعودية المُشارك في الاجتماع الـ(126) للجنة التعاون المالي والاقتصادي بالمنامة

ترأس معالي وزير المالية الأستاذ محمد بن عبدالله الجدعان، وفد المملكة المُشارك في الاجتماع السادس والعشرين بعد المئة للجنة التعاون المالي والاقتصادي لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، والذي عُقد في العاصمة البحرينية المنامة، يوم الخميس 20 ربيع الثاني 1448هـ الموافق 1 أكتوبر 2026م، برئاسة وزير المالية والاقتصاد الوطني في مملكة البحرين -رئيس الدورة الحالية-، معالي الشيخ سلمان آل خليفة، ومشاركة أصحاب المعالي وزراء المالية بدول المجلس ومعالي الأمين العام للمجلس.

وخلال الاجتماع، استعرض أصحاب المعالي والسعادة عددًا من المواضيع المتعلقة بتعزيز التعاون المالي والاقتصادي بين دول المجلس، ومتابعة المستجدات لتحقيق ذلك، كما ناقش الاجتماع مستوى التقدم في استكمال متطلبات قيام الاتحاد الجمركي لدول المجلس، واعتماد التقرير الدوري لمتابعة مسارات السوق الخليجية المشتركة، إضافة إلى بحث التطورات التي تشهدها المنطقة وتداعياتها على دول المجلس، وسبل تعزيز التنسيق المشترك في التعامل معها.

كما شارك معالي الجدعان في الاجتماع المشترك بين وزراء المالية ومحافظي البنوك المركزية بدول المجلس مع مدير عام صندوق النقد الدولي السيدة كريستالينا جورجيفا، لمناقشة الورقة المُعدة من الصندوق بعنوان “الآفاق الاقتصادية وتحديات السياسات: تعزيز المرونة الاقتصادية في مواجهة الصدمات الجيوسياسية”.

 

‏Saudi Minister of Finance Heads Kingdom’s Delegation at 126th Meeting of Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee of GCC

‏The Saudi Minister of Finance, His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Aljadaan, headed the Kingdom’s delegation participating in the 126th Meeting of the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held October 1, 2026, in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

‏The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Finance and National Economy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Shaikh Salman Al Khalifa, with the participation of Their Excellencies the Ministers of Finance of the GCC countries and His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

‏During the meeting, the Ministers reviewed a number of topics related to strengthening financial and economic cooperation, including progress achieved in the GCC Customs Union, and the adoption of the Periodic Report on Monitoring the Progress of the Gulf Common Market. The Ministers also discussed regional developments and their potential implications for GCC countries, as well as ways to strengthen joint coordination in addressing them.

‏Minister Aljadaan also participated in the joint meeting between the finance ministers and central bank governors of the GCC countries and the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Ms. Kristalina Georgieva. The meeting participants discussed an IMF paper titled “Economic Prospects and Policy Challenges: Enhancing Economic Resilience to Geopolitical Shocks”.
